Treadmill is better than brisk walking and free running

One of the best sports ever is walking, specifically for individuals that desire caring for their health, people that do sport for the purpose of only being healthy and maintaining fitness. Brisk walking is always related to the intensity intentioned to burn fat and reach an intensity that you can say I do go brisk walking.
Everyone can practice this sport and at any age whether old or young…. The benefits are different from one to another and every day you practice it by going to work, school …. etc.


The key to this sport is “intensity”
Intensity: away from scientific definitions, intensity for example is 10% of the human body’s ability to walk… a bit faster to 20% and so on. The person who desires his brisk walking sport to be valid should give an intensity between of 60% and 70%.
This measuring is difficult for beginners, you can know this required intensity through your ability to speak!
Speaking easily, with difficulty or a complete inability to speak during the walking or running. How is that possible?


The required intensity in brisk walking:
Reaching the condition of little difficulty in speaking is the adequate intensity.
Treadmill machine is the solution to all this!
You can simply adjust the treadmill to a specific speed and maintain at it and therefore you can achieve your purpose without any increase or decrease.
By adjusting the treadmill machine to the right intensity, you are able to get rid of those excessive moves you do in free walking away from the treadmill machine, and then you can take full advantage of all the minutes you exercise.


Note: (most treadmill machines contain a shock absorber set in order to decrease the occurring of joints injuries).
